All NCLEX review, exam fees and license activation to be shouldered by the sponsoring company while candidate receives full income of a PHRN. income will upgrade to USRN upon passing of NCLEX.
Terms:
   » Free 3 to 6 months NCLEX review - fully shouldered by the company with paid income
   » Free NCLEX exam - fully shouldered by the company
   » Free activation and renewal of USRN license - to be shouldered by the company
   » income during review: P20,000 per month during the NCLEX review period and exam
   » Automatic upgrade to USRN Utilization Review position with twice the income package per month (plus night differential pay, holiday pay, incentives and other benefits) after passing NCLEX
tasks and Job responsibilities:
   » Analyze health care needs to determine a patient's treatment plans
   » Perform oncurrent review of patient’s clinical information for efficiency and continuing review of precertification requests for medical necessity
   » Maintain accurate records of all patient related interactions
   » Prepare monthly patient management and cost savings report
Job Requirements

   .
   » Filipino
   » Graduate of BS Nursing
   » With active PHRN License
   » At least 2 years clinical practice (hospital or clinic bedside practice)
   » Above average English communication expertise
   » Willing to work on night shift (weekends off) in Cebu after passing NCLEX
   » Has wired Internet access at home to support home-located training and work in the house
