Job Description

   .
   » Evaluate patients' records to determine eligibility to health insurance claims
   » Consult with healthcare providers, clinics and physicians on the most effective and economical treatment for the patient
   » Ensure documents are complete and sufficient to justify the disbursement of claims to the patient
   » Send emails to claimants to explain reasons for denials or request to submit additional documents to support claims
   » Coordinate with other departments for approval of claims or get clarifications as needed
Job Requirements

   .
All hires to start ASAP are eligible to signing bonus of P60,000
   » Graduate of BS Nursing
   » Holder of Active PHRN license
   » At least 3 months hospital bedside practice
   » Average English communication expertise - verbal and written
   » Computer literate, familiar with MS Word and Excel
   » Willing to work on Nightshift (paid night differential)
   » Amenable to attend onsite training (with full income) for 6 months then transition to hybrid work set-up thereafter
income package: P26,000 to P40,000 (depending on practice and expertise proficiency)
