   » Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained.
   » Represent the company in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers
   » Serve customers in opening new accounts, updating current accounts, and closing accounts
   » Evaluate customer requests for service charge refunds and process necessary paperwork to refund customer service charges as necessary
Job Requirements

   .
Onsite work at Lipa, Batangas (shifting and night shift schedule)
income package: P23,000 with merit increase to P24,000 after 6 months and P25,000 after one year
 
Hiring for the following profiles:
Profile 1 Qualifications -
   » SHS graduate, 2nd year college undergraduate, Associate degree graduate
   » At least 6 months BPO practice (as long as total 1 year customer service practice - BPO and non-BPO combined)
   » Good English communication expertise

Profile 2 Qualifications -

   » SHS graduate, 2nd year college undergraduate, Associate degree graduate
   » At least 1 year practice in a loans, lending, mortgage or bank client management position

income package:
   » Starting income and allowances P23,000
   » 20% Night shift differential pay
   » Performance-located bonuses / incentives
   » HMO benefit - including 2 dependents
   » Paid vacation and sick leave credits
