Job Description

   » Provide customers with insurance product information so that they can make the right decision in choosing which policy to get
   » Understand the company’s insurance policies and products and be able to tell whether a policy covers a type of loss or not.
   » Take calls from customers who are filing for claims against their policy
   » Forward all filed claims to the appropriate department for handling and investigation
   » Capture and update customer information into the system
