Job Description

   .
   » Perform QA monitors for utilization management, clinical appeals or claims denials team
   » Conduct quality metric analysis on compliance scores
   » Timely and accurate completion of standard and advanced quality forms, reports and analysis
   » Attend and participates in quality calibration sessions
   » Perform root cause analysis for highlighted performance variance
   » Provide immediate education, report error trends and propose action plans to mitigate errors, as needed
Job Requirements

   .
   » Bachelors degree graduate of Nursing or any Allied Medical course
   » At least 1 year of practice in a QA, Training or Team Coach capacity for a US healthcare account
   » Must have handled utilization management, clinical appeals or claims denials for a US Healthcare account
   » Familiarity with using various QA tools is an advantage
   » Strong analytical skills with excellent communication skills
   » Willing to work on Fixed Night Shift (Fixed Weekends Off) and onsite in Ortigas Pasig
salary - P35,000 to P45,000
