?What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
» Provide excellent support practice to customers via phone, chat or email
» Investigate and research user issues and identify and escalate bugs so they can be resolved as quickly as possible
» Always be on the lookout for ways to improve the way we do thing
» Serve as an advocate for users and pass ideas and best practices on to the rest of the team
Who are we looking for?
» Bachelor's degree graduate.
» Must possess at least 1-2 years BPO practice handling voice, chat or email accounts.
» With practice directly interacting with customers for non-voice practiced candidates.
» Strong verbal and written English communication expertise.
» Strong team spirit with a passion and drive to help users and deliver the best customer practice.
» With access to a quiet and secured room and at least 30 MBPS internet subscription.
» Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
