Job Job responsibilities: • Execution on client engagement – ensuring quality delivery as per engagement letter. • Part of assigned engagements in the Construction and Real Estate sector. • expertise of related industry issues / trends and conducting Internal audits, business process re-engineering and internal control engagements for global clients, focused on the Construction portfolio. • practice and working expertise of Construction program/ project management, cost estimation, contracts/ tendering and Procurement. • Demonstrate an application and solution-located approach to the problem-solving technique. The same can be utilized for research on delivery of solutions. • Review of payment applications for contract compliance, supporting documentation, document validation, budgetary compliance and other related aspects. • Develop strong working relationships with client and build a level of influence with key client contacts. • Manage the engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development. • Supporting general contractors/ key vendors in streamlining the documentation process and suggesting best industry practices.
