Preparation and recording of adjusting journal entries for the Bank recon, Advances to/from Affliates and G Cash Transactions that should be done monthly. . Record and check the journal entries for the Invoice , Official receipts and Sales of the 5 companies. . Properly record the fixed assets acquired by the companies. . Prepare the monthly lapsing schedule of the 5 companies. . Prepare the monthly Aging of the Accounts receivables of all the contracted sales from all the stores. . To be able to track and ask all Store Coordinator as well as the Area team Leader with items that has more than 30 days old in our A/R. . Analysis of Cash Transactions must be done every month for submission and review as well as for the recognition of bank charges for these transactions. . Other Accounting works that the president or the superiors assigned to you. Requirements: Appropriate Appropriate qualifications: . Has a significant practice in Accounting for 1 to 2 years. . Graduate of Accounting or any related course. (Financial Management, Accounting Technology) . Willing to work in Makati with a 48hr work week from Monday to Friday. . Proficient in using Microsoft excel and any other MS Office Tools. . Keen in details and has analytical skills. .
