   » Take inbound calls from customers and help them with questions and complaints
   » Assist customers with purchases and returns
   » Provide customers with status of their orders and escalate any issues encountered
   » Log call details and update customer information in the system
   » Observe company policy at all times

Requirement

   » At least High School graduate
   » Minimum 6 months to 1 year BPO practice (voice international account)
   » Above average to excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
   » Computer literate with typing speed of 25wpm 85% accuracy
   » Willing to work on night shift / rotating shift
   » Willing to be assigned in Bacoor, Cavite
Monthly salary: P25,000 plus night differential and incentives
