You'll be responding to and entering in orders for customers of a wholesale supplier for aftermarket auto parts. You may also respond to follow ups for their deliveries and send documents when requested. Other tasks may include liaising with suppliers regarding ETAs of goods ordered. This will be done via email at first and then over the phone eventually. Aside from the wholesale supplier, you'll also be helping our customers find the right part for their vehicle repair needs, responding to enquiries and other concerns either over the phone, email/messages, via our ticketing system or on live chat for an online auto parts retail company. Don't worry if you have no practice with Auto Parts or the auto industry in general, we have a great team that can get you up to speed along with a host of tools and systems to assist you. What we're looking for is Somebody with a great attitude and is willing to learn. This is key if you want to join our easy going and awesome family.
