You'll enjoy and excellent earnings package of between 22k up to 35k p/m with paid annual leave, paid public holiday leave, health insurance, 13th month and some amazing bonuses for hitting KPI's. Your tasks will include (but not limited to): » Live chat customer service. » Processing website orders through Shopify. » Processing retailer orders through Xero. » Getting freight quotes and co-ordinating freight. » Liasing with our 3PL warehouse and head office via skype calls, chat and email. » Attending weekly zoom team meeting. » Updating stock levels in the backend of our website and other online retailers. » Various admin and data entry tasks using google docs. » Updating processes and canned responses. » Keeping abreast with product skills.
