Description:
The Compliance Manager leads efforts to mitigate company exposure especially with ?higher risk? merchants. Specific responsibilities include leading efforts to underwrite, audit and ensure compliance for merchants and referral sources. This position participates in Viking leadership abilities and works with industry groups, regulators, merchant, sales and internal staff to facilitate merchant processing and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
   » Bachelor degree with emphasis in business/finance management or a 2-year degree with equivalent practice involving compliance within the company or another business/industry
   » Minimum of 3-5 years of practice in payments industry to include demonstrated leadership abilities
   » Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and industry related procedures and regulations
   » practice with analysis and reporting
   » Payment industry certifications are encouraged, but not required
   » capability to work independently and objectively with a commitment to delivering results
   » Effective presentation and training expertise
   » Sound judgment with the capability to influence and lead change
   » General expertise of various software applications
