Primary Job responsibilities:
   » Respond to, and diagnose, problems through discussions with users, including problem recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution
   » Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis resolution via telephone global calls /email/chat/Web tickets for customers end users
   » Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level Information technology support staff
   » Troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problems Provide level 1 Helpdesk support and perform other activities located on SOPs Logging incidents and service requests, categorizing and prioritizing them, and managing their life cycle as per ITIL guidelines
   » Update users about request status and close request when users are satisfied with solutions
   » Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its capability to do so

Required Appropriate qualifications:
   » College Graduate
   » 1 – 5 years of practice in L1 call handling in Information technology Support
   » Excellent communication expertise in English
   » L1 Service Desk level technical expertise
   » Ready to work in 24/7 work environment
   » Active listening and remote desktop expertise
   » Good expertise of Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
   » Above average expertise of network tools LAN and WAN

Preferred Appropriate qualifications: 
   » Good probing expertise and analytical expertise
   » Analysts with ServiceNow expertise
