He is responsible for activities that support the creation of dashboards and reports and the analysis of data in support of management's decision-making. A Data Analytics Specialist is someone who can work as part of a multidisciplinary team and who can also work independently, think and act out of the box, and can take accountcapcapability. RESPONSIBILITIES AND tasks: · Research lead lists following established procedures to ensure that only qualified accounts are loaded into appropriate buckets into the companies CRM system. · Research companies and contacts through our database, company websites, proprietary tools, and applications to further qualify and score leads. · Work with Strategic Analytics, Project Management, and Account Development Management teams to evaluate the current status of qualified leads and monitor the CRM for its progress through the sales process. · Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through quality lead generation. · Responsible for updating the CRM with updates from carrier programs, carrier promotions, and other portfolios that will be valuable to our processes. · Working with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyses Information technology to find conclusions. This by e.g. data-mining activities, in-depth data analysis, validating by combining and interpreting data. · Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality · The DAS will provide analysis, will process, and normalize the data to ensure data integrity and will create queries, views, and reports. · Responsible for creating everyday reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports for qualified leads. · Maintain targets and activity levels as determined by management.
