Job Description

   » Manage the training function for multiple client areas
   » Lead and facilitate the development, design and timely implementation of training programs/curriculum and improvement initiatives
   » supervise the management and effiicent scheduling of training resources and training classes
   » Identify and assess training needs of the process; generate and execute plan for training interventions and quality initiatives
   » Support the training and development of Trainers and Training adjunct Managers
   » Collaborate with Operations Team to meet client needs and drive performance benchmarking
   » Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the domain knowledge, procedures and policies pertaining to Process Training
Job Requirements

   .
   » Filipino
   » Bachelors degree graduate
   » With Five (5) years practice as a Training Manager managing and developing Trainers in a BPO setting for various accounts
   » Well-versed in DMAIC process improvement cycle and proven exprience in applying this methodology. Six Sigma background an advantage.
   » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise and presentation expertise
   » Proficient in stakeholder management, people management and project management.
   » Amenable to non-traditional work schedule, including working on weekends and holidays
   » Willing to work onsite in Alabang

Monthly income Php70,000 to Php100,000 plus allowances and benefits
