Job Opportunity: Offer: Finance Manager:LSERV CorporationJob description:Finance Manager» Full-time» Taguig » • » Posted on April 2, 2022 » • »Save Job favorite_border Description: » superviseing the day-to-day Finance operations. » To be accountable and responsible for all statutory and practices compliance, including audit and taxation. » To review monthly reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness including review and approve various journal entries » Review detailed listings of the content of all balance sheet accounts (?Balance Sheet Schedule?) » To prepare and report on regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) the overall financial performance of the business and/or ad-hoc basis as requested by the Management. » Ensure accounting practices and corporate reporting format are in compliance with the Financial Reporting Standards and is according to the statutory rules and regulations. » Review monthly bank reconciliation. » Assist and involve in external & internal audit by providing records and documentation to auditors and facilitate in tax audit if required. » Review tax filing and submission. » Establish, manage and implement Accounting's policy and procedures » Build and maintain a lasting relationship by providing business support to respective stakeholders. » Provide supervision, guidance, mentoring and professional development to the team. » To take lead in any special assignments or any new implementation of finance projects, eg: accounting system migration. » Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
