Job Description

   » Assist customer requests for account activation, reconnection, subscription renewal, temporary disconnection, connection concerns etc.
   » Handle inbound inquiries on subscription rates, plan inclusions and directory transfer.
   » Abide by company policies for all calls and in providing services to customers.
Monthly compensation: P18,000 basic earnings plus night differential, incentives and HMO benefit

 
 Job Requirements

   .
   » At least High School graduate.
   » Must be a resident of Cebu.
   » With a minimum of 6 Months call center or BPO practice
   » Average to excellent written and spoken English.
   » skillsable in computer navigation, MS Excel and Word.
   » Amenable to shifting schedules including night shifts.
