What will you do? 
You will be responsible for representing our clients to their customers by handling calls promptly, interacting with customers to determine their needs, and providing consistent, high quality service and accurate information to the customers. You will also be required to attend periodic team and call center meetings, as well as training sessions to develop your skills and competencies.In order to prosperously serve our clients, the Company must operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Therefore, you must be amendable to work on shifting schedules, working holidays, weekends and graveyard shift.
What we’re seeking for?
18 years old & abovee
Completed at least 2 years in CollegeThose who have at least 6 months International CSR/TSR are exempted from the Educational Requirement
