A prosperous candidate will provide customer and technical support through phone, chat and email requests. He/She will independently identify, troubleshoot, document, categorize and replicate customer problems and escalate more complex problems as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least two (2) years of college education
- Minimum of six (6) months call center practice
- Basic expertise in computers including operating systems, hardware and Internet navigation
- Conversant in the English language
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willing to be assigned in Taguig City on shifting schedules

*Note: Prepare for a technical exam. (Basic Networking, Web Browser Operation, etc.)*
