Job Overview

I am hiring for full time virtual adjuncts and my expectations are high.

I run an accounting firm in the UK, we specialise in helping online business owners take more money out their business.

We have accounting clients where we do all their compliance work (accounts, tax, VAT, payroll) and also for many we do bookkeeping too.

And then we have some clients where we implement Profit First strategies (revenue and profit growth along with cashflow management)

I am in the process of launching a number of online programs and courses also.

Our clients are primarily online business owners who are earning at least 6-figure sales and want to take home more money from their business. They are primarily (but not exclusively) UK located. And we are transitioning our positioning at the moment to focus moron 7-figure businesses.

I am hiring (more than 1) for a full-time (37.5 hours a week) Virtual adjunct to support our business.

We have a general VA program that you will go through for the first 3 months, after which you can chose your specialisation and move into one of the following areas:
1) Community and Social Media management (this includes phone answering and my emails)
2) Content specialist
3) Financial specialist
4) Designer and Video Editor

You will be willing to get stuck in, in all areas of the business.

You have to be okay with not everything being perfectly clear-- that often you have to use your best judgment and figure stuff out. There is a balance between asking questions all the time (needing handholding) and struggling to try to Information technology without ever asking for help (lone ranger wasting time).

You will be reporting into the CEO, Annette Ferguson at least initially. This may change dependent on your chosen track and as our business grows.

TASK REQUIREMENTS THAT YOU MAY GET INVOLVED IN (again, dependent on your chosen track after 3 months):
* Operations management - Project managing the non-operational located tasks - chasing up team members to keep tasks moving forward, making sure work has been done on schedule - this will primarily be keeping Marketing and Launches on track.
* Metrics Management - tracking & reporting statistics everyday so we know exactly what's working in the business and what isn't
* Client communications - email check ins and managing (and replying to) my emails as well as answering the phone (this is via a Skype phone number)
*Social Selling - responding to Direct Messages on Social Media platforms and sending out Social Media messages cold to contacts; connecting with appropriate people on Social Media platforms
* Community Management - within our Facebook and LinkedIn groups - being a big cheerleader for the business and interacting as both yourself and as myself
* General business administrative tasks - diary coordination; sending clients cards on their birthdays; writing up meeting notes with clients; arranging internal meetings and catch ups etc
* Occasional personal tasks (eg ordering flowers, booking restaurants, researching stuff to do with the kids etc)
* Marketing - things like uploading emails to our CRM, uploading blog posts and scheduling social media content are also included in this function - this will be basic level marketing (and you will receive full training on this)
* Financial - you will he expected to do basic everyday reconciliations and numbers reporting (approx 1 hour a day)

FULL training will be provided in ALL areas.

Training will be broad.

We are primarily looking for someone who is very keen to lgain and passionate about working for a small business.

Just for information, we At Presentuse the following systems which are core to our business:
* Smartsheets (non-operational project management and reporting)
* Asana (non-operational project management and reporting)
* Google Docs & Gsuite
* Xero (bookkeeping)
* Senta (operational project management)
* Ontraport (CRM)
* Slack (internal communications)
* Website built in WordPress
* MeetEdgar used for SM scheduling

You do not have to have practice in any of these.
In fact, you do not have to have any practice at all.

There will be a handful of very small tasks for you to execute as you move through the selection process.
As part of that you will also be required to attend a video interview via Zoom/Skype and will be expected to have your video turned on.

This position is full time (37.5 hours per week)

income & CAREER PATH
Your first 3 months will be heavily learning - you will be expected to reach competence and mastery of basic checklists - your rate for the first 3 months will be USD 500 per month.
We then have an increasing pay scale as your practice, expertise and contribution to the business increases.

The first three months of working for our company you will be on a fully paid probation.

You will be entitled to 20 holiday days plus local holidays, fully paid.
We don't want you if you are someone who is there to tick off hours and praying for holidays - you will be passionate about what you do and growing a small business.
