We're hiring for the following position:
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
• Efficiently provide outstanding customer practice and resolution through expert analysis and investigation of card member's account and/or concern.
• Receive calls regarding card member charges, fees, interest rates, compensates and other credit card concerns.
• Expected to be the bank's advocate; being a dynamic and clear communicator is required to strengthen confidence and relationship of card member with the bank
 
Minimum Appropriate qualifications:
• High school graduates must have at least 1 year of customer service practice
• College undergraduates with less than 4 semesters must have at least 1 year of customer service practice
• Completed technical or vocational course does not require customer service practice
• Excellent English communication expertise
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays
• Willing to work graveyard shift
• Willing to work in Taguig City
• Detail oriented with a strong capability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be eligible to work in the Philippines
