The Customer Service Specialist ensures that we meet or exceed Henkel’s commitments to our customers through the efficient management of the order through invoicing processes, the effective and pro-active communication of information, and the prompt resolution of customer issues. By providing these services, Customer Service supports the businesses, and helps them to attain their goals and execute their marketplace strategy.
 
 
What we offer
    Managing processes and communications with customers (internal and external) through multiple channels.
    Prioritizing tasks in order to supply superior service to all Key accounts.
    Resolving crisis situations while not jeopardizing customer relationships.
    Managing the order process for multiple business groups with various ATP and service rules.
    Working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.   
Who We are seeking for
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent
    Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule
    Working practice is not required, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
    Good communication and interpersonal expertise
    practice with SAP and Macro is an advantage.
