Job Overview

We are a real estate investment company looking to add to our team an outstanding
and dynamic communicator to make cold calls to prospective sellers. We need Somebody with great communication expertise, tremendous energy and empathy, and the capability to build rapport and establish real communication to truly understand the seller's needs. We want someone that knows real estate and is able to skillfully work with the prospective sellers to understand their situation.

Your job will be to make cold calls to prospective sellers, build rapport, understand seller's needs, qualify their motivation, and set appointments for our Acquisitions team to meet the sellers and see their properties.

You will be using our Mojo dialer and expected to make 300+ calls per day. You will qualify leads, enter leads into our CRM tool, and set followup call appointments for our Acquisitions team.

This will be a full time, 40 hour per week position. Hours will be 7 hours per day Monday through Friday and 4 hours on Saturday. All work times will be Pacific (Los Angeles / Seattle) time.

Monday through Friday hours will be from 11 AM - 3 PM, and from 5 PM - 8 PM, Pacific time. Saturday hours will be from 11 AM to 3 PM Pacific time.

You will be required to submit everyday activity reports, and in addition to everyday status reports, we will talk at least once per week to discuss your work and lgain what support you need to work optimally.

Scripts and training materials to be provided on startup. You must have a quality computer, fast, reliable internet access, a quiet, professional place to work, and the capability to make calls to the United States via Mojo dialer.
