Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY
    The Manager for Talent Sourcing is responsible for the overall effectiveness and delivery of efficient and strategic sourcing programs to ensure that quality candidates are being proactively identified to meet hiring needs. The position also leads and manages a team of talent sourcing specialists who are responsible for delivering strong potential candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels – direct and indirect candidate sourcing initiatives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    Designs, develops and maintains the sourcing/recruitment process in the organization (including its description, regular measurement reporting, taking proper action to close gaps)
    Recommend and constantly improve the sourcing/recruiting process, practices and metrics necessary to recruit and hire an effective workforce
    Effectively manage and ensure sourcing quotas of the sourcing team are met in a timely manner
    Proactively manage/lead the sourcing team in identifying qualified candidates for volume hiring by maximizing the use of social media and other innovative sourcing channels and techniques, e.g. employee referral programs, etc.
    Sets the social media communication and strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
    Establish a strong social media presence by creating and actively maintaining accounts on all platforms and ensuring job openings are posted regularly (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
    Designs and Places Employment Advertising
    Prepares regular recruitment status reports for Management’s review and  reference; Responsible for the Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Review Processes and all related forms / reporting
    Maintains candidates’ database; ensures candidates are appropriately tracked and maintained JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
    A minimum of 8 years in a strategic sourcing and recruitment function
    At least 5 years practice in leading/managing a team of sourcing specialists/professionals
    prosperous sourcing and recruitment practice with exposure to recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced and customer-focused environment – BPO practice highly preferred
    Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or other marketing / business courses with significant practice
    practice in using social media and various sourcing channels
    A strong knowledge of sourcing best practices and recruitment/marketing strategies
    Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and demonstrated capcapability in analyzing and interpreting these metrics in order to drive operational excellence in a high performing team
