Job Overview

Hi there,

My name is David, I'm looking for a well-rounded adjunct: Someone who is not only enthusiastic and loves their job but also someone who is technically skilled and able to get the job done. MUST have strong English!

I am looking for both personal and professional business assistance - your function will be to both help me personally and also within my business in property. For this function, a strong Internet access is required, along with practice using communication tools like Skype or google hangouts.

I'm looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable and positive. Big bonus if you consider yourself an optimist.

Responsibilities

Respond to emails
Manage my staff with their cleaning rota/ Schedules
Create presentations, as assigned
Address employees administrative queries
Provide customer service as first point of contact

Personal:

1. Research tasks for example: find me the best kindle making a spreadsheet of price, quality & reviews, how to sync all of my devices etc
2. handle financial tasks in payroll and accounting - bookkeeping
3. Make personal & business purchases using facebook marketplace, amazon & ebay: clothing items etc; Buy my grocery list

5. Respond to and manage my emails
6. Scheduling appointments: Doctors, university meetings with professors
7. Create a list of email addresses for undergraduate admissions for the following universities : Harvard, Stanford, Yale, MIT,

Business:

1. Write reviews for all of the guests who stay at one of my apartments
2. Prepare any documents I need made
3. Bookkeeping using software called YNAB for my finances
4. Schedule guests' check-in times
4. Manage cleaners rota - message cleaners, guest check ins

Requirements

Proven practice as a Virtual adjunct or significant function
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
practice with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
expertise of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organisational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive adjunct are a plus

skills in customer service
Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
Strong expertise of Google Docs and Google Calendar

Some expertise of retail sales (online and in-store)

Two (2) years' previous practice handling adjunct or administrative responsibilities, or practice in customer service or related field preferred

expertiseable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text

Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information

Strong customer-service and presentation skills
Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed

I am looking for you to work an average of 1-2 hours per day.

We will undertake a two-week paid trial basis. During this period, I will give you various tasks in order to see if we click.
