Job responsibilities:
    Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, make adjustments, repairs and/or performs preventative maintenance on computers and other hardware
    Provide technical assistance on hardware and software issues that may be encountered by employees
    Installation of parts, equipment, lines, hardware or software, etc.; troubleshoots and makes adjustments to optimize initial performance.
