EMAPTA Versatile Services is seeking a superstar Operations adjunct  form part of the client’s pioneer team in our newest office in Alabang .
Founded in 2013, the client is a US-located start-up with 2 offices in Cupertino California and Singapore with a strength of over 130 people. They are now looking to expand their business in the Philippines through EMAPTA Versatile Services.
WHAT DOES Information technology TAKE TO BE prosperous IN this function?
As an Operations adjunct, you will work with different teams to support the everyday operations that help each team be prosperous.
Core Purpose:
? Provide administrative support to the team in legal, finance, marketing, order management, and sales operations
? Provide assistance with planning of productivity improvement projects - collect and gather data for analysis; prepare workflow charts for existing internal operations
? Review and check that internal processes are not broken
? Contribute to the efficiency of internal processes -- discover ways to improve internal processes and increase efficiency and contribute these ideas
You shall be responsible for:
1. Sales

• Respond to general inquiries
• Generate sales quotes and sales orders
• Generate sales invoices for new customer subscriptions and renewal of existing customer subscriptions
• Follow up with customers on billing and payments
2. Customer Accounts
• Respond and follow up with customer requests
• Coordinate with sales team to set up customer accounts
• Process customer account requests for upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, trial extensions
• Process billing for additional adhoc products and services
3. Human Resource
• Manage job listings and applications
• Follow up with internal teams and candidates during selection process

You should be:
• A graduate from a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• An practice candidate with at last 1 -3 years’ practice in Administration Support, Operations Support or Virtual Assistance
• Excellent in both Verbal and Written English
• Good with in Excel Spreadsheets and able to work with Spreadsheet formulas
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and comfortable with dealing with data e.g. data entry, data clean-up, data visualization
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision but with a keen sense to escalate timely and appropriately
• Able to provide valid NBI Clearance
• A valid Passport holder
• Available to work full-time in February 2018
Advantageous to have:
• Previous Backoffice Support, Operations Support function or Virtual Assistance function for a US automation campaign
• 1-month Training in Singapore
• Above average industry standard compensation package
• Shifting Schedule
• 5-day work week

• 20 Leave credits per year consumed at your discretion with up to 5 days commutable to cash
