   » Provides first level clinical review for all medical and surgical authorization requests against applicable criteria, policies and procedures.
   » Accurately documents all reviews and contacts providers and members according to established timeframes.
   » Acts as a member advocate by expediting the care process by working in concert with the health care delivery team to maintain high quality and cost-effective care delivery.
 
Job Requirements

   .
   » Graduate of BS Nursing.
   » With active PHRN license
   » 1 year of hospital bedside practice
   » Above-average to good English communication expertise
   » Amenable to work for onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig on night shift schedule (fixed weekends off)
   » Well-versed on medication review, prescription refills, difference of US and PHL healthcare set-up
   » Comfortable with providing patient education related to chronic conditions such as but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD and heart failure
   » capability to demonstrate critical and independent thinking
