   » Make arrangements for travel tickets, transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals, tours, and recreation
   » Consult published and computer-located sources for information on departure and arrival times, fares, and hotel ratings and accommodations
   » Assist customers with requests for other services

Job Requirements

   » At least High School or SHS Graduate
   » Good to excellent English Communication expertise
   » Minimum of 12 months to 2 years working practice in travel customer service or travel sales positions using GDS systems (BPO or non-BPO)
   » Proficient in using GDS systems like Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, etc.
   » Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
   » Shifting/Night shift schedule
