Manager Job Job location: Rosario, Cavite Schedule: Monday to Friday (Mon-Thurs: 8AM-6PM | Fri: 8AM-4PM) salary: Negotiable Business Sector: Manufacturing/Electronics Company Work set-up: Work on-site Requirements: • Proficient in Mandarin and English • Minimum 5 years of vendor management and negotiation practice. • University degree in Business or Engineering. • practice with vendor contract negotiations. • Good expertise of procurement processes, industry and suppliers. • expertise of materials used in wire harnesses and power cables (such as wires, connectors, housings) a plus. tasks: • Direct procurement function, coordinating key procurement initiatives, focused on Supplier Relationship Management, Localization and Supply Chain Optimization. • Develop and optimize the supply base including cost base, quality and delivery. • Work across different business units within MEC / ACES and providing input to and implementation of category strategies. • Direct continuous improvement programs both internally and at the suppliers with special focus on cost saving initiatives. • Ensure adherence to KPI’s in regards to safety, quality, cost, delivery, innovation and sustaincapcapability. • Lead Supplier selection, qualification, negotiation and contracting. • Maintain consciousness of changing market conditions and technologies that create new opportunity for cost savings.
