You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks: » Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client’s B2B customers. » Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support. » Perform data analysis to improve customer’s advertising practice and ensure higher ROI. » Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer practice. Who are we looking for? » Completed at least 2 years in college. » With at least 2 years of cumulative BPO practice handling voice, email, chat, and technical support. » Can support multiple concurrencies (email, phone, and chat). » Strong verbal and written English communication expertise. » Amenable to working in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts). » Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
