What is your mission?

As a  Customer Care Champion , you will be working with our  Largest Online Booking Account  to deliver outstanding customer practice through phone and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.

Who are we looking for?
   » Completed at least 2 years in college.
   » With at least one (1) year blended customer service practice (voice and non-voice) in the BPO industry.
   » Strong verbal and written English communication expertise.
   » Positive, self-motivated and energetic.
   » Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts).
   » Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City.
