You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks: » Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to the client's advertisers, publishers and/or users. » Analyze quality and effectiveness of ad accounts strategically, and recommend best practices for other platforms. » Support SMBs through effective business partnering and overall support of our vendor operations. » Collaborate with advertising specialists, sales engineers, and product team members on new feature development. » Generate creative ways to improve our client relationships and increase revenue by sharing and implementing best practices. » Tracking of accounts and maintaining conversion. Requirements: Who are we looking for? » Completed at least 2 years in college. » With at least 2 years of pure sales practice (inbound/outbound/B2B) in the BPO industry. » Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. » Familiar with needs-located selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN). » Familiarity with online advertising products and services. » Strong verbal and written English communication expertise. » Account management practice is a plus. » Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts). » Can work BGC, Taguig City.
