The Payment Specialist ensures efficient and accurate posting of payments and that all payment enquiries and disputes are attended and resolved in an accurate and timely manner. Job Job Job responsibilities: » · Process manual allocation/ re-allocation of EFT payments and other electronic payment activity between 3rd party processors, banks, and billing system » · Process Credit Card and Direct debit chargebacks. » · Investigates and resolve payment discrepancies, enquires and complicated payment disputes. » · Performs payment reconciliation » · Process credit card and bank account refunds. » · Process credit balance transfers between customer accounts. Appropriate Appropriate qualifications: » Degree holder of any Business-related course, specifically Accountancy, Business Administration and Financial Management. » Proven working practice in Accounts Receivable or Finance related tasks. » Data entry skills and must be proficient in MS Excel. » Very good communication and interpersonal skills. » Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. » Excellent attention to details. » Very good attendance record.
