As the systems engineer. in charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining the information technology systems for an organization both internal and external. Their tasks include designing the basic computing infrastructure to accomplish key tasks, establishing networking rules for cybersecurity, and troubleshooting network errors or other technical issues. The foundation of this position is establishing processes to provide consistently high levels of technical service for the customer. With this function, you are considered the subject matter expert and represent an organization that values technical skills and customer support. You will be reporting under the technical operations group that provides implementation and support related activities, both remote and onsite This is a full time position, if you are the person who has the passion in providing effective, efficient customer engagement and has the passion to lgain technology and continue to upscale, this position maybe perfect for you . • Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization, particularly databases to be in line with company guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure); • Speaking to and collaborating with a variety of people, such as clients, vendors, management, and information technology (IT) staff during the creation and maintenance of a system • Creating control features to ensure systems effectively meet the organization's quality standards • Engaging in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operational • Developing a cost-efficient system for projects by performing a cost-benefit analysis • Ensuring that an organization is operating at maximum efficiency, from manufacturing to distribution • Defines customers' needs and functionality in a service development cycle; • Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output; • Installs, configures, and test operating systems, database software and database best practices • Ensures the highest level of database availcapcapability • Implements warranty and support activities; • Evaluates the existing systems and provides the technical direction to Information technology support staff; • Plans and implements system automation as required for better efficiency; • Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures; • Deals with work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for the prosperous accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders. • Performs L1 and L2 support concerns for clients Requirements: • A graduate of a bachelor's/college degree in computer science / information technology, or business related degree, or any degree for as long as you have the attitude and demeanor to lgain technology • 3-5 years practice working as a database administrator or equivalent • practice with database platforms such as PostgreSQL, mySQL • Has practice or skillsable in maintaining database platforms such as PostgreSQL and MySQL for backup and recovery, performance tuning, database tuning, connection pooling • Has practice in setting up postgreSQL and MySQL platform for high availcapcapability, disaster recovery and performance tuning • Can perform database and sql query optimization • Can provide best practices and perform product manager functions for database technologies • skillsable and has hands on practice in Grafana , PgBouncer, PostgeSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL is an advantage • Passionate about technology and its function in the industry • Winning and humble attitude, understand the job and the function very efficiently • Willing to go onsite support when necessary; • Willing to work overtime; salary: ?55000 - ?60000 Address: Makati Application Process:Apply at Bossjob!Apply at Bossjob.ph today! » Disclaimer » Our Guarantee » Avoiding Job Scams » Hiring Organization Hunter's Hub Inc.
