Job Overview

VIRTUAL adjunct - Utilities and Repairs Coordinator

We are seeking for a VA adjunct for a Busy Real Estate Office. You must be extremely organized, have good communication expertise and capability to lgain things on your own utilizing tutorials and manuals. Real estate practice is a MUST. You will be involved in handling day-to-day tasks including but not limited to real estate activities such as finding HOA company, communicating with them regarding payments due, turning on/off utilities for properties, communicating with vendors regarding repairs in progress, calling towns and collecting property's data, posting property ads on multiple websites, etc. You might also be trained on marketing to assist that department, if needed.

THIS IS FULL TIME POSITION.

We are located in New York, USA in EST zone. Your required hours will be 9 am to 5 pm EST Monday thru Friday. If you never worked night shifts (this is 9 pm to 5 am in your time zone) and not sure if you can work nights consistently please DO NOT APPLY. Very likely we will have an opportunity for overtime if you interested.

Starting income will depend on your prior practice and expertise. Payments will be thru your PayPal account so make sure you are familiar with their fees. You will be required to have your own account. Work hours will be tracked by RescueTime software, you can check Information technology out at www.RescueTime.com Information technology is very likely that we will have an opportunity for overtime if you are interested.
