Job Overview

Key Activities:
-Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and tasks while providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executive.
-Compile, update employee records and process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
-Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
-Assist with onboarding, preparing new employee files and offboarding.
-Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system and -facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors

Required Appropriate qualifications:
-5 years practice in a similar function.
-Fluent in English: written & speaking (minimal accent).
-Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal expertise.
