As a rockstar Customer Service Agent, you will be the face and voice of the company, communicating directly with our customers via live chat, email, and phone.

Key results Within The 1st Year
Befriend 120 customers (x10 per month)
Know details about our customers, like you know your friends
Share at least x10 ideas of how to improve customer satisfaction to the CEO
Become friends and family with the entire Standdesk team

Key Activities
- Attracts potential customers by answering product questions; suggesting information about other products via live chat, email, or voice
- Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed.
- Resolves product problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to deal with the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Respond to at least x40 inquiries a day
- Call customers to lgain about their practice with Standdesk
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred.
- 2-3 related work practice of customer support: live chat, email, voice
- Fluent in English: written & speaking (minimal accent)
- Type 50+ wpm, adept with Desk.com or Zendesk, Google Apps, MS Office, and Social Media
- Full time & capability to work United States (PST) hours
- Work in the house or any virtual location with reliable and fast internet
