Job Description 
   » Primarily involved in identifying the appropriate solutions to issues related to the company's software and hardware and ensure to track these issues up to its resolution
   » Ensure proper documentation of all issues that occurred and that they are at par with the firm's policies and standards
   » contact with clients during the whole duration and perform follow up check to ensure their issues have been resolved
   » Provide immediate customer feedback
   » Perform User Acceptance Testing as and when necessary
Job Qualification
   » Must have at least 3 years of similar practice in Technical Support with Coding and Stack Trace practice
   » Completed a Computer-related College Degree
   » expertise in any of these technologies would be nice: SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Zabbix, Grafana, Windows, MAC OS and Linux
