Job Description 
   » The Tech Manager will principally be involved in developing everyday operational decisions to ensure that the support issues and concerns related to SAAS applications, which will cover platform administration, system reporting and other products, are all managed and resolved.
   » Ensure that the team can provide adequate support to ensure the company's systems are up and running at all times
   » Guarantee efficient delivery of Technical Support to meet or exceed SLAs
   » Lead the process improvement within the Production Team
   » Manage relationships with customers
Job Qualification
   » Technical Support Management practice of at least 5 years
   » practiced in managing logs, databases, Linux and Windows OS events
   » Good to have: knowledge of Big Data, Data Collection, Java, JVM, Tomcat, Apache, Kubernetes, Docker, JIRA, Confluence and SQL
   » Must be highly analytics and has a customer-centric outlook
