Listing description
   » Provide end to end customer service to customers.
   » Provides basic to complex customer support through email and voice.
   » Taking ownership and full responsibility for resolving customer queries and complaints.
   » Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools and process.
   » Meets personal of team's targets and goals.
   » Understand customer's issue and inform them on how to resolve.
   » Uses metrics and consumer insights to help make account better.
   » Consistently going above and beyond in order to assist customers without bending any account policies.
   » Utilize emails to communicate with customers.
   » General VA task.
Appropriate qualifications:
   » Proactive in resolving Customer issues
   » Has at least 6 months customer service practice
   » Above average to excellent English communication expertise in both written and verbal
   » Has high reading and listening comprehension expertise and strong attention to detail
   » Has initiative and availability to lgain and be trained
   » Identify opportunities to better serve customers and/or improve workflow.
   » Has a positive attitude and great work ethics.
   » VA practice is a plus.
