JOB DESCRIPTION

Speech Analytics Analyst Overview:
 
The Speech Analyst assists with the analysis and tracking of customer conversations/interactions utilizing an advanced speech analytics solution. For this opportunity we consider candidates with exposure to the reporting facet of the BPO or Shared Services line of business.
 
Qualification:
    Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel; pivot tables, formula and importing of data
    Strong analytical and report modeling expertise
    Knowledgeable in call center metrics
    At least 1 year practice in business analytics, speech analytics, and/or reporting
    Willing to work in Centris, QC
    Open to work on a night shift
    Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
    At least 1 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably 1-4 Yrs practiced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
