JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY
 
 
As a Mandarin Customer Service Agent , you are expected to provide professional and efficient customer support via phone, email and/or chat.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
    Accepts inbound calls and handles customer's problems from the products supported.
    Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility for follow up top ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
    Determines appropriateaction to be taken on customer's behalf on prescribed resolution procedures. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
    Can read, write and speak in Mandarin
    Speak and understand at least basic English
    Willing to work on shifting schedules and weekends
    For foreign candidates,  tourist visa must be valid for at least one (1) month and passport should be valid for more than one (1) year
    Willing to work in Shaw
