JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY

• As a Japanese Customer Service Agent, you are expected to provide professional and efficient customer support via phone, email and/or chat.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
• Accepts inbound calls and handles customer's problems from the products supported.
• Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility for follow up top ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
• Determines appropriate action to be taken on customer's behalf on prescribed resolution procedures.
 
QUALIFICATIONS

• Can read, write and speak in Japanese
• Speak and understand at least basic English
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and weekends
• For foreign candidates,  tourist visa must be valid for at least one (1) month and passport should be valid for more than one (1) year
• Willing to work in Makati
