JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:
 
 
The Workday Operations Support (Tier 2) serves as a technical analyst in Workday Data Maintenance & Operational Admin Support for HR ESC. S/he listens, proactively asks questions, provides information, and uses their strong Workday functional expertise and practice to help enable timely and effective resolution on data corrections and its alignment with various business processes.
 
The Workday Operations Support (Tier 2) will be supporting one or more of the following functional areas: Talent Management, Data Administration and Compensation / Benefits Administration.
 
Essential tasks and Job responsibilities:

>Data Support & Maintenance
>>Audits
>>Business Process Realignment
>>Data Correction, Rescind and Cancellation
>>Reorganizational Structure Support
>User Training
>>Functional Business Process Guidance for system users
>>Maintenance of Job Aids & FAQ materials
>Workday Security
>>Administration & Support of function located Security Assignments
>Enhancement Support
>>Testing and support on Business Process changes
>>Conduct UAT for changes prior to production migration
>Data Load Support
>>EIB Template Development and Administration
>Regular & Custom Reports
>>Develop Regular Report Requests
>>Validation of security alignment with report requirements
>>Support the development of Complex Custom Reports by data gathering & coordination with Domain Leads which includes creation of multiple calculated fields
>>Conduct user acceptance testing on all developed reports
>>Address simple inquiries on all developed reports and assign complex ones to Domain Leads or Report owners
>Workday Release Management
>>Perform required regression testing of configuration, integrations and reports due to newly applied enhancements/innovations. 
Required expertise / practice / Competencies:
 
    expertise of HR functions, processes, and operations, including talent, data administration, or compensation / benefits administration preferred
    capability to accurately collect information and ask probing questions to understand and assess the colleagues’ needs and situation
    Strong verbal and written communication expertise
    Strong customer service expertise including capability to diffuse challenging situations
    capability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
    Skilled in conducting research and using existing expertise to resolve inquiries
    capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-located environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines
    Strong attention to detail
    Possesses problem solving expertise
    Skilled in developing professional relationships with colleagues, managers, and peers
    With practice in using Service Center technologies (e.g. ticket management, expertise management, telephony / chat, email, document management, etc.)
    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, or related discipline required
    1+ years of practice in HR, Shared Service Organizations, Contact Center / Customer Service practice preferred
    2+ years of Workday 'HR Admin' function practice that allow:>>Tier 2, Non Data Entry function Support
>>Data Corrections/Rescind & Audits
>>Designing reports and required calculated fields
>>Security function Assignments
>>Doing workday reorganizational Work
>>Business Process Support
>>practice in at least 2 or more of the following Administrative functions - Talent, Compensation, Security, Job, etc.
 
Other Details:
    Full time employment
    Work Hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM (Mondays to Fridays)
    Shifting work schedule might be required depending on the critical deliverables and the urgent requirements of countries supported
