JOB DESCRIPTION

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), any field.
    Required language(s): English
    At least 3 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably 1-4 Yrs practiced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
    10 Full-Time position(s) available.

Requirements:
     
    1+ years in sales or supporting salespeople
    1+ years customer service management
    1+ years in merchandise industry
    Oracle CRM On Demand practice preferred, but not required
Job expertise & Traits:
 
    Tenacious desire to improve costs, quality and delivery
    Project management and troubleshooting expertise, capability to multi-task
    Highly organized
    Flexible, self-starter, action and results oriented
    Strong computer expertise with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, MS Word, Power Point
    Positive, teamwork and collaboration expertise with a proven capability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors
    Possess outstanding customer service expertise to work with both internal and external clients
    Must be a highly productive, self-starter with strong negotiation and problem solving expertise
    capability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while possessing excellent time management and organizational expertise
    capability to partner with account management team member to support achievement of account objectives
    capability to make sound decisions in the face of stressful times, change or in situations of ambiguity
    Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal expertise, including clear communicator with co-workers, vendors and internal colleagues
    capability to understand documented processes and procedures and make decisions accordingly
    Excellent problem solving and project management expertise
    availability to work the graveyard shift and/or mid shift
    Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
    Amenable to start ASAP
