***tasks/Job responsibilities:***
1. Communicate Personnel Policies – need to be experts on their employer's personnel policies; manage/facility in any in-house issues; explain the policies to new hires as part of the onboarding process; ensure that compensation practices are in conformity to current legislation.
2. Compile Employee Reports – compiles a variety of personnel reports including productivity reports, employee reviews, employee disciplinary actions and candidate evaluations.
3. Process, Verify and Maintain Personnel Documentation – responsible in conducting from job applications to disciplinary paperwork; need to be meticulous processing and organizing these files
4. Assist in Arranging Training and Other Activities – assist Human Resource Coordinators in implementing training for current employees, as well as onboarding for new employees which usually comes on the clerical end, such as contacting candidates and scheduling sessions; assist in projects, such as; HR events, benefits open enrollment, employee communications and company-wide meetings.
5. Create Job Postings – typically write the job description in coordination with designation managers; post the description to job boards and advertise the opening through their networks.
6. Prepare and Process Staff Payroll – ensure accuracy of monthly income payments through Timekeeping and Payroll including 3rd party agency employees; resolve concerns with timekeeping records and facilitate leaves, absences, and others.
7. Perform Administrative Tasks – monitor and maintain facilities and utilities.
8. Perform other tasks as may be required from time to time
***Qualifications/expertise:***
-Preferably Graduate of BS Psychology or AB Behavioral Science or any related courses
-Highly organized and attentive to details
-Flexible and proficient in office expertise and records management
-Must be expertiseable in basic computer applications
-Must have good communication and interpersonal expertise
-Customer service-oriented
