JOB DESCRIPTION

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
    Required language(s): English, Filipino, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
    At least 3 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
    Required Skill(s): Tourism Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Mature, Computer Literate, Self Driven, Good networking and communication, Pleasant Personality, Good Presentation Skill, Mobile and able to work with minimum supervision
    Preferably adjunct Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

EMBASSY OF MALAYSIA (TOURISM OFFICE) - Tourism Malaysia , is the National Tourism Promotion Agency of Malaysia in the Philippines, would like to invite appropriate candidates to apply for the position of Marketing Manager. 
 
Job Job responsibilities:
1.  to establish and maintain contacts with the government agencies, travel trade and media with the objective of promoting travel and enhancing positive publicity on Malaysia.
2.  To disseminate information to travel agents, tour operators, airlines, local and foreign media, clubs, associations etc. to generate greater consciousness and interest on Malaysia tourism products and attractions.
3. To monitor current trend and development in the local market which may affect travel to Malaysia.
4.  To recommend effective promotional campaign in order to increase arrivals to Malaysia.
6.  To manage social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram and vice versa.
6.  To plan and organize meetings, seminars, workshops and briefing sessions for travel agents,tour operators, airlines,the mass media and other interested parties for the purpose of publisizing and promoting travel to Malaysia.
7.  To plan, implement and coordinate Malaysia's tourism promotional activities including Sales Mission, Food & Cultural Promotion, Travel Exhibitions, Fairs and Educational/Familiarization Tours to Malaysia.
8. To prepare and submit monthly, annual and others ad hoc reports.
