Job description:


prosperous candidates will provide excellent customer service to our US-located clients by covering inquiries related to account specific products and services, process order placement and tracking, refunds and replacement, and other shopping account management through multi-channels (call, email, and chat)
Must be 18 years old and above
Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject)
practice in customer service is an advantage but not required
Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
Must be willing to work in West Mckinley Taguig City
