•B2B Background
• Work on assigned Account Ledger, Past Due Collections, Ageing Accounts, Reconciliation, including coordinating with Cash Applications, credit card payments. Dispute Management
• Professional Email/Phone Etiquette, Strong exposure to end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, specifically in collections, reconciling credit/debit memo, raising Disputes, End to end ledger ownership
• Exposure in a collections function; comfortable in a voice/email function which requires handling calls/emails from clients/customers
• Email, Outbound/Inbound Calling
• 1-2 years pure B2B Accounts Receivable practice
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
•Required skill(s): English Communication.
•candidates must be willing to work in ALABANG.
